James Xin Chen is an architectural designer, theorist, and educator, creating and theorizing works around architecture technology and the production of architecture itself. James is currently a Masters in Design Candidate at Harvard Graduate School of Design. He received an MS in Design Theory and Pedagogy and a BArch degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture, where he served as the editor of its academic journal Offramp. James has recently been interested in methodologies for producing artificial intelligence-assisted architecture.
